Berrypie ("we", "us", "our") provides a verified-jobs platform for candidates and employers. These Terms govern your use of Berrypie as an Employer. Berrypie is operated by Berrypie Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address and full company details are available on request from [email protected].
You may register an Employer account free of charge. Posting a job requires payment of our job posting fee (currently £19.99) and, depending on the billing plan you select, ongoing per-applicant or daily-budget charges. Optional add-ons include AI Skills Tests (Basic £29.99 / Advanced £49.99 per candidate). Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Berrypie shares candidate verification data, skill scores, and psychometric profiles with you for the sole purpose of evaluating their suitability for your job. You agree:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your job postings. You will not post discriminatory criteria (race, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy, marital status), misleading compensation, or roles for which you have no genuine intent to hire. Berrypie reserves the right to remove postings that violate these Terms or applicable law without refund.
Job posting fees are non-refundable once a job is published. You may close jobs at any time; closing a job cancels future per-applicant charges but does not refund spend already incurred. We may suspend or close your account for material breach of these Terms.
Berrypie is provided "as is". We make no representations about the suitability of any candidate. Hiring decisions remain entirely your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will indemnify Berrypie against any third-party claims arising from your job postings or your handling of candidate data, including discrimination claims and data-protection breaches on your side.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and on first sign-in after the change.
